This role provides senior functional consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, advising clients on business process design, configuration, and optimization.

Deep functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in at least one module (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain)
Track record of leading functional consulting engagements
Strong understanding of ERP/CRM business processes
Experience with Azure integration concepts and Power Platform is an advantage
Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines

Lead functional discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for Dynamics 365
Configure and recommend solutions within the Dynamics 365 application modules
Author functional specifications, design documents, and test scenarios
Guide client teams through process alignment and change management
Support integration between Dynamics 365 and surrounding enterprise systems
Mentor junior consultants and review their deliverables
