The PIM Consultant takes charge of running and enhancing Product Information Management systems and processes. The position guarantees that product data stays accurate, consistent, and complete on every channel and platform.

ROCKWOOL GBS

In Poland ROCKWOOL made its debut in 1993 and in 2016 launched the ROCKWOOL GBS competence center in Poznań, and later in Warsaw. The office supports the ROCKWOOL Group globally in finance, IT, controlling, R&D, engineering, purchasing, marketing, legal, data science, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and HR. It is now a dynamic community of over 700 qualified professionals, on a 50/50 basis.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a comparable field
At least 3 years of hands-on work with PIM systems
Solid grasp of product data management principles and workflows
Practical experience with PIM platforms including Akeneo, Salsify, or comparable options
Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
Fluent in English

Czym się zajmiesz

Set up and configure PIM system modules in line with business needs
Oversee the quality, completeness, and consistency of product data across systems
Team up with marketing, sales, and product groups to establish data standards and workflows
Train and assist internal staff in using the PIM system
Examine and strengthen product data processes and governance
Assist with data migration and integration initiatives
