Czy do nas pasujesz?

Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field
Experience in contract management with a focus on intellectual property
Strong understanding of IP legislation and licensing practices
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple agreements in parallel
Working knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Czym się zajmiesz

Manage the full lifecycle of intellectual property contracts, including drafting, negotiation and renewal
Advise internal stakeholders on IP licensing, trademarks and related contractual matters
Maintain accurate records of IP agreements and monitor compliance obligations
Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex IP issues
Develop and standardize contract templates and processes
Identify risks in IP agreements and recommend mitigation actions
