Czy do nas pasujesz?

Fluent English
Very strong MS Excel skills (and solid overall MS Office)
Experience with Hay job evaluation methodology
High level of thoroughness, attention to detail and results orientation
Good communication and negotiation skills.

Czym się zajmiesz

Lead job evaluation (grading) and manage internal employee groups/bands and related pay structures
Design, maintain and govern pay ranges in line with job architecture, grading, internal equity and external market benchmarks
Support the design and execution of variable pay schemes and the annual bonus calculation process, coordinating with HR, Finance, HRIS and external suppliers
Cooperate on OPEX and personnel cost (PEREX) budgets and forecasts
