In Poland ROCKWOOL made its debut in 1993 and in 2016 launched the ROCKWOOL GBS competence center in Poznań, and later in Warsaw. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in statutory accounting and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken

Prepare statutory financial statements and regulatory filings for assigned entities
Perform general ledger reconciliations and review of balance sheet accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit requirements
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and statutory requirements
Identify and implement process improvements in statutory reporting
