Several years of professional experience in consulting or HR technology delivery, including Workday projects.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as core HCM, payroll, recruiting, talent or learning.
Experience leading client-facing discussions and turning business needs into system configuration.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with additional languages being a plus.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required by project engagements.

Take charge of Workday implementation workstreams for HCM modules, making sure solutions fit client business requirements.
Collect and analyse client requirements through workshops and process discussions with HR and IT stakeholders.
Set up and document functional solutions, covering business process design, security concepts and reporting.
Guide clients on leading practices in human capital management and organisational processes.
Oversee project deliverables, timelines and quality, and back project governance and status reporting.
Mentor junior consultants, take part in knowledge sharing and support business development activities.
