In Poland ROCKWOOL made its debut in 1993 and in 2016 launched the ROCKWOOL GBS competence center in Poznań, and later in Warsaw. The office supports the ROCKWOOL Group globally in finance, IT, controlling, R&D, engineering, purchasing, marketing, legal, data science, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and HR. It is now a dynamic community of over 700 qualified professionals, on a 50/50 basis.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field
Proven experience managing SAP projects (implementation, migration, or upgrade)
Solid understanding of SAP modules and integration points
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage

Czym się zajmiesz

Plan, execute, and close SAP implementation and upgrade projects using appropriate project management methodologies
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and SAP consultants to ensure seamless delivery
Prepare regular project status reports, steering committee presentations, and communication materials
Ensure user training, documentation, and post go-live support are effectively planned and executed
