ROCKWOOL GBS

In Poland ROCKWOOL made its debut in 1993 and in 2016 launched the ROCKWOOL GBS competence center in Poznań, and later in Warsaw. The office supports the ROCKWOOL Group globally in finance, IT, controlling, R&D, engineering, purchasing, marketing, legal, data science, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and HR. It is now a dynamic community of over 700 qualified professionals, on a 50/50 basis.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP)
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken

Czym się zajmiesz

Perform and review general ledger postings, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned entities
Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and internal controls
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and respond to audit requests
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in accounting operations
