Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Proven experience managing projects in a corporate or shared services environment
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage
What you'll own
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are achieved
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure proper documentation, handover, and closure of projects
