ROCKWOOL GBS

In Poland ROCKWOOL made its debut in 1993 and in 2016 launched the ROCKWOOL GBS competence center in Poznań, and later in Warsaw. The office supports the ROCKWOOL Group globally in finance, IT, controlling, R&D, engineering, purchasing, marketing, legal, data science, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and HR. It is now a dynamic community of over 700 qualified professionals, on a 50/50 basis.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology projects
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is preferred

Czym się zajmiesz

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
Track project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure projects deliver expected benefits and support post-implementation activities
