ROCKWOOL GBS

In Poland ROCKWOOL made its debut in 1993 and in 2016 launched the ROCKWOOL GBS competence center in Poznań, and later in Warsaw. The office supports the ROCKWOOL Group globally in finance, IT, controlling, R&D, engineering, purchasing, marketing, legal, data science, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and HR. It is now a dynamic community of over 700 qualified professionals, on a 50/50 basis.

Do you fit?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst position
Solid analytical abilities plus familiarity with data visualization tools
Prior work with marketing platforms and CRM systems
Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
Fluent in English

What you'll own

Collect and examine marketing data to aid decision-making and assess campaign performance
Build and keep up dashboards and reports that track marketing KPIs
Work together with marketing stakeholders to clarify requirements and refine processes
Help roll out and fine-tune marketing tools and platforms
Spot trends and opportunities through data analysis
Describe business processes in documentation and produce user stories and specifications
