O stanowisku
Hi 👋, I’m Kat https://www.linkedin.com/in/katfergerson/ :) when I joined Ashby two and a half years ago to lead Partnerships, we had less than a hundred integrations. Today, we have over 300 https://www.ashbyhq.com/integrations, thanks to exceptional work from Hannah to take us from 0 to 1, our Product Managers, and our Engineers. As our integration ecosystem continues to grow, we’re looking for someone to take on Integrations as a full scope, including building out our integration ecosystem for new products (like People Workflows).
As the Integrations Lead, Partnerships, you’ll report directly to me and be responsible for owning our integration partnerships across inbound, outbound and account management, and being the technical liaison for our Product Managers and Engineering team.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong communication and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to be on the front lines of trending HR Tech by speaking to inbound partners and guiding them on the best practices for developing their use case against our APIs https://developers.ashbyhq.com/.
Success in this role looks like maintaining a strong sense of ownership over the partner experience and prioritizing how we can be helpful, while being direct and clear about our customer-first mindset. You’ll take over account management for our larger partners, like ADP, and find ways to continue improving how…

Czym się zajmiesz
Take ownership of inbound integration requests from qualification through to launch and ongoing maintenance, exercising judgment on customer value, product fit, technical feasibility, partner commitment, and Ashby's priorities.
Support partners at every step, from NDA and sandbox access through to API documentation, onboarding, testing, and launch, deciding the right mix of asynchronous and live collaboration.
Set expectations clearly, keep work progressing, and close the loop with care when an integration is not a fit or is not currently a priority.
Act as the technical and commercial liaison between integration partners and Ashby's Product, Engineering, Product Operations, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Turn partner and customer needs into clear requirements, tradeoffs, and next steps, helping decide the right route: native build, partner-built integration, connector, unified API, or a future roadmap opportunity.
Help partners work through API concepts like authentication, endpoints, webhooks, data mapping, and workflow design, applying sound judgment to design-partner and enterprise requests.
Make sure integration knowledge flows to Sales, CS, and Support so those teams are well versed in current and upcoming integrations.
Coordinate integration reviews and launch readiness with partners and Product, covering workflow validation, feedback, security considerations, configuration, documentation, assets, and Marketplace publication.
Keep the external integration directory and partner-facing resources up to date, and work with Marketing and Product Marketing on launch communications, enablement, and continuing updates.
Run larger integration relationships together with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Product to understand customer needs, enterprise opportunities, design-partner requirements, and roadmap implications.
Stand in for Ashby externally across partner discovery, technical scoping, roadmap conversations, launches, and post-launch feedback loops.
Refine existing integrations when updates come up, coordinating scope with Project Managers and aligning both with partners and internally.
Keep HubSpot and related partnership systems current with partner context, status, ownership, timelines, and customer or prospect demand.
Improve swim lanes, handoffs, SLAs, documentation, reporting, and support paths as you operate the program.
Automate high-frequency, low-variance work while preserving human judgment for qualification, prioritization, quality review, and strategic relationship management.
Work hand in hand with the knowledge base team to build out systems that keep integration documentation current.
You have experience working across partnerships, product, technology, and customers, in integration or platform partnerships, technical program management, product management, solutions architecture, implementation, or a comparable role.
You are technically fluent enough to grasp APIs, authentication, data flows, webhooks, sandboxes, and integration tradeoffs. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should feel comfortable asking precise questions and learning how systems work.
You have strong product and business judgment, knowing how to tell the difference between an interesting request, a customer problem, a strategic opportunity, and a commitment Ashby should make.
You communicate clearly and write well, able to build trust with partners, set expectations, give direct guidance, and turn messy conversations into crisp requirements, decisions, and documentation.
