Take full ownership of the Gift Cards category, driving its development, GMV and revenue growth, and profitability.
Grow and scale the category by crafting the strategy, broadening the assortment, shaping the sourcing model and pricing approach, and selecting priority markets.
Establish and nurture relationships with leading brands, issuers, distributors, and aggregators, ensuring a competitive offering and attractive commercial terms.
Set and keep optimizing pricing, margins, promotions, and product mix in response to market dynamics and competitor activity.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and CRM teams to develop the go-to-market strategy and marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring customers, boosting conversion, and driving repeat purchases.
Uncover new business growth and scaling opportunities across digital goods, markets, customer segments, and new use cases for gift cards.
Serve as the in-house Gift Cards market expert, offering insights into the industry, market trends, and competitor activity, and turning them into actionable recommendations for the Platform.
