ROCKWOOL GBS

In Poland ROCKWOOL made its debut in 1993 and in 2016 launched the ROCKWOOL GBS competence center in Poznań, and later in Warsaw. The office supports the ROCKWOOL Group globally in finance, IT, controlling, R&D, engineering, purchasing, marketing, legal, data science, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and HR. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in banking operations, treasury support, or accounts payable
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Ability to work accurately under time pressure

Process and execute payment runs and bank transactions
Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Monitor cash positions and support liquidity management activities
Assist with bank account administration and maintenance of banking documentation
Support treasury reporting and cash flow forecasting activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on banking and payment-related queries
