Fluent Polish, English, Hungarian C1 – both written and spoken.
Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work.
Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way.
Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills.
Experience in customer service (individual / business customers).
Interest in a new technology and electronics trends.
