3+ years of experience in an HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Service Centre environment.
Experience leading and developing teams or managing projects.
Experience with process migration, transition, or knowledge transfer activities.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with HR systems, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
