Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
Experience in developing risk reporting and dashboards for management.
Fluency in English is essential.

Czym się zajmiesz

Lead the enterprise risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, and prioritization.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls in collaboration with business units.
Monitor the risk landscape, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
Facilitate risk workshops and promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization.
Ensure risk management practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Support incident investigation and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
