Proven track record in leading technology projects
Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
Financial and resource management experience, including proficiency with project management tools
Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Advanced presentation skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
Banking or financial services projects track record
Good understanding of Information Security risks within financial organizations
Experience with applications lifecycle management, vulnerabilities identification and remediation
Relevant project management certifications
Experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery environments

Champion change management and promote strong delivery culture while adhering to Core Technology's change processe
