In this role, you will work closely and directly with clients, from understanding their needs, through advising and designing solutions, to ensuring a smooth implementation.

Czym się zajmiesz
evaluating existing business processes and identifying opportunities for migration to Atlassian Cloud
designing and implementing tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions aligned with the client's goals
configuring and customizing Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, etc.
advising clients on process best practices, including ITSM, PMO/PPM, ESM and Agile, and ensuring they are aligned with the capabilities of Atlassian Cloud
training client teams on how to use Atlassian Cloud tools and follow good practices
troubleshooting technical issues during and after migration to Atlassian Cloud
keeping up to date with new developments and updates in Atlassian Cloud, including new features such as AI and automation, as well as industry trends, so that you can propose innovative solutions to clients
