Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in a global or matrixed environment.
PMP certification (required).
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage diverse global stakeholders across cultures, time zones and seniority levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, SharePoint) and established project management methodologies.
Experience in system implementation, process optimization and end‑user support.
Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience delivering internal and external communication programs across multi‑language, multi‑cultural regions.
Background in communications or employee engagement, including digital channels and content creation.
Ability to contribute to multi‑channel communication campaigns, including social and internal platforms.
Experience organizing internal communication events and producing high‑quality assets for various channels.
Strong understanding of social & digital media, with proven ability to generate content.
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills, supporting effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Work closely with regional MPC teams and the Worldwide MPC Training & Analytics team to support communication, training, and documentation.
