Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Operations Governance Lead with French

Comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a regulatory reporting function and how they interact to achieve objectives.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage internally at a senior level and externally with regulators and auditors.

Fluency in French as required by the role.

Proven experience in managing multiple teams through other managers at a senior leadership level.

Strong knowledge of risk-related guidelines, best practice standards, rules and regulations.

Monitor and assess the implications of existing and proposed regulation, discussing with executive management for potential solutions including macro/systemic regulation and standards from central banks and regulatory authorities.

Manage regulatory reporting project ownership including business requirements, analysis, and testing for timely delivery of regulatory solutions.

Partner with senior bank and risk management colleagues and external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors, initiating feedback sessions to understand strengths and focused areas.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes, improve productivity, and optimize reporting efficiency.

Conduct periodic assessments to identify areas of weakness and reporting deficiencies, facilitating discussions with required stakeholders to improve data quality and mitigate potential risks.
