The Fund Accounting Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.
Czy do nas pasujesz?
2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or business-related areas.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in fund administration, change management, or project management.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in related areas.
Effective verbal and written English skills.
Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, with attention to detail.
Czym się zajmiesz
Monitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of fund activities, including NAV calculations and distribution factors.
Process daily work in a timely manner and act as an escalation point for questions and research.
Review associate work and provide signoff for complex transactions or sensitive clients.
Assist in developing training materials and training employees.
Ensure procedures and controls are followed to maintain data integrity and support fraud quality control.
Assist manager in implementing procedural changes and act as a backup for manager responsibilities.
