Very good German and English language skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Care with details and the capacity to handle confidential information
Previous internship or experience within HR is a plus

Help with recruitment activities such as job posting, screening and interview coordination
Keep employee information in HR systems current and up to date
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
Put together HR reports and documentation
Answer employee questions on HR policies and processes
Work in coordination with German-speaking teams and candidates
