Czy do nas pasujesz?
At least 5 years of experience in HR (e.g. HR Generalist / HR Specialist); and hands-on experience with HRBP activities.
Fluent English and experience in an international environment (ideally in a tech-driven or fast-paced industry).
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, with hands-on experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on and pragmatic in day-to-day delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills, with resilience under pressure and high integrity in handling confidential information.
Good Excel skills; budgeting and forecasting experience is an advantage.
Proven ability to cooperate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Czym się zajmiesz
Act as a strategic HR partner to managers – understand their goals and challenges and translate them into concrete HR plans and actions.
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, talent management, and career development.
Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment (in cooperation with Talent Acquisition), interviews for key roles, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
Handle employee relations topics, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with local labour law.
Drive and support performance review cycles, goal setting, feedback culture, and learning & development initiatives.
Use HR data and metrics to provide insights, support workforce planning (FTE & PEREX), and enable data-driven decisions.
Collaborate closely with local and group HR colleagues on projects and standard processes, contributing to continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
