Czy do nas pasujesz?
strong knowledge of fund data, portfolio holdings, and financial instruments, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and derivatives, together with a solid understanding of fund data structures and analytics
proven experience in Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, Data Management, or a comparable middle-office environment, with exposure to onboarding and operational processes
strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions
experience in stakeholder and client engagement, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage requirements across internal teams, external providers, and business partners
collaborative, proactive leadership with a strong service mindset, able to drive process improvements, support team development, and foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Czym się zajmiesz
direct and manage the Fund Full Holdings Intake team, covering resource planning, coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication
take ownership of the onboarding and maintenance of fund data providers and services, covering file analysis, mapping configuration, testing, deployment, and operational support
guarantee data quality and service excellence for Fund Full Holdings products, acting as the escalation point for complex data, processing, and client matters
champion process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives that boost scalability, quality, and service delivery
work with internal and external stakeholders to shape requirements, back product enhancements, and contribute to the creation of new data solutions and services
