Solid grasp of P&C insurance domains like policy administration, claims handling, or billing
Demonstrated business analysis capability covering requirements elicitation and documentation
Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Collect and record business needs from underwriting, claims, and billing stakeholders
Examine current insurance processes and align them with the capabilities of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, and BillingCenter
Convert requirements into functional designs, user stories, and configuration specifications
Assist with workflow, product model, and integration design across the Guidewire suite
Run workshops, requirements reviews, and UAT sessions with business users
Log defects and organize resolution together with development and testing teams
