The Finance Specialist helps the finance team carry out day-to-day accounting work, reporting, and analysis, helping keep financial records accurate and financial operations running smoothly across the organization.

University degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline
At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance position
Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience using ERP or accounting systems
Careful eye for detail and capability to handle several deadlines at once
Good command of English, both written and spoken

Create and record accounting entries while keeping general ledger records accurate
Carry out month-end and year-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts
Produce financial statements, reports, and supporting materials for internal and external audiences
Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable work, such as checking invoices and preparing payments
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of variances
Work alongside auditors and address financial questions from internal and external contacts
