Czy do nas pasujesz?

At least 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or FP&A (ideally in an international environment).
Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
Strong experience in reporting for management and preparing presentations.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to interpret complex data and provide practical recommendations.
Attention to detail - ensuring the accuracy of financial models and reports.
Business orientation - understanding the impact of financial decisions on operations and strategy.
Proactive approach - anticipating problems and proposing solutions.
Time and priority management - ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Communication skills - ability to present financial information clearly, even to non-financial colleagues.
