Czy do nas pasujesz?

First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
At least a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
Great command of English language, at least C1 level proficiency.
Very good knowledge of German, at least B2/C1 level.
Understanding of agile ways of working.
Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems.
Eligibility to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Czym się zajmiesz

Participate in consulting or implementation teams for IT projects in the financial sector, primarily insurance companies.
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions while supporting User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
Collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Perform varied tasks in different roles within an international environment.
Actively contribute as a member of an Agile team, taking ownership of assigned topics.
