Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a data or analytics environment.
Strong understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or other analytics platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Analyze existing business processes and data flows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process maps, and user stories.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Support the testing and validation of data solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.
