Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing complex data sets and relationships.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and cloud services.

Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all IT assets and configuration items.
Define and implement processes for asset identification, control, status accounting, and verification.
Collaborate with IT service management teams to support incident, problem, and change management processes with accurate configuration data.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of the CMDB against actual infrastructure to identify and correct discrepancies.
Produce reports and dashboards on asset status, lifecycle, and compliance for management and audit purposes.
