Senior Department Support Specialist I

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

2 or 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role within a warehouse or logistics environment

English B2

Fluent Polish

Ukrainian as an advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and timekeeping software is a plus

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Provide administrative support to the warehouse management and other key personnel, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings.

Maintain and organize warehouse files, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Monitor and track the working hours of warehouse operators, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, and shift changes.

Assist in scheduling shifts, ensuring optimal coverage to meet operational needs while managing employee time-off requests.

Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, labor utilization, and other key metrics for review by management.

Assist with the analysis of data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct regular audits of timekeeping and attendance records to ensure compliance with company standards.
