We are looking for a Senior DBB Deployment Business Analyst FP&A to support the deployment of the global DBB design across Operating Companies (OpCos), ensure process conformance, and drive the successful adoption of the Financial Plannig & Analysis Global Template. In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert and key partner to OpCo stakeholders, supporting analysis, change management, and seamless execution of standardized FP&A processes.

co-responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Global Template solution, following the transition approach
participating in the deployment phase by reviewing solution documentation such as user guides, training manuals and system specifications prior to distribution to Operating Companies key users and end users, and ensuring that the subject area is accurately represented
identifying and analyzing business impacts of implementing the Global Template
working with the Solution Consultant to gather, document and challenge specific local requirements (tax, legal, compliance related) following a zero-gap approach
providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
being responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situation
acting as a change agent and supporting the Operating Companies on their change journey
working with Operating Companies users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the Global Template solution
ensuring proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, key user training, etc.)
thoroughly performing functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing of the solution and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met
logging issues and risks that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and following through on resolution of those issues
completing and improving test scenarios
supporting roles and responsibilities mapping vs. positions
continuously improving and keeping documentation up to date (SOPs, process descriptions, Solution ID materials, etc.)
supporting onboarding of new team members in the functional area
ensuring adequate handover to Business as Usual after the stabilization phase of the transition
contributing to project status reporting.
have at least 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, including 2+ years of experience in FP&A
knowledge of Financial Planning process
manage time effectively and can prioritise in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
