The ideal candidate has strong experience in Record to Report (RtR) processes and a solid understanding of end-to-end business operations within an international or shared services environment. The role requires expertise in process excellence, continuous improvement, and transformation projects, combined with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills. Experience with ERP systems, process design workshops, Agile methodologies, and Continuous Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) is highly valued.

translating global process strategy and priorities into key focus areas, in alignment with Global Process Lead
ensuring quality and monitors progress in the global deployment of projects
actively identifying opportunities to mature the process towards target state, driving process excellence through CPI, projects and product teams
maintaining and optimizing global process flows, standards and policies as part of the global process team, delivering towards the actions on the global process agenda
providing process expertise to grow process towards target state, safe guarding the standards
identifying opportunities to mature the process-enabling digital solutions towards target state, working closely with product teams and key user groups, to embed improvements on the product roadmap
delivering towards the actions on the global process agenda ie. BASE Standing org support for BRD approval, global process maintenance in ARIS, Global data standards review and GDS support in guarding standards, global policy, procedures and standards input and maintenance
maintaining and updating KPIs
ensuring alignment in scope and clear definition
reviewing and advising on incoming derogation requests for OpCo’s and aligning with GPL
rolling out PEX programs globally, supporting OpCo and HBS in the route to Process Excellence.
Master's degree in Finance
excellent understanding and hands-on experience in end-to-end RtR (Record to Report) processes, complemented by a strong understanding of broader end-to-end business processes and cross-functional process interdependencies
4–6 years of experience in a similar role within a complex international environment
strong experience in reporting & accounting, commercial finance, or business control at OpCo level or within a shared services environment, with exposure to relevant enabling technology and ERP systems
proven expertise in RtR process governance, standardization, and continuous process improvement initiatives
very good stakeholder management skills
strong end-to-end process-oriented mindset, combining analytical and conceptual thinking
experience in transformational and process optimization projects
experience in facilitating process design and validation workshops
