At least 4 years of working experience in a controlling or financial analysis position
High level of Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP or BI systems
Powerful analytical capabilities and a strong commitment to precision
Familiarity with financial reporting standards and cost accounting principles
Superb communication skills and the ability to present complex information to colleagues without a financial background

Czym się zajmiesz

Produce financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis along with variance breakdowns
Create and keep up budgets, forecasts and financial models for different business units
Guide management through performance reviews, KPI monitoring and financial perspectives
Refine and record controlling workflows, reporting guidelines and internal controls
Work together with accounting, sales and operations groups to ensure financial data correctness
Carry out one-off analyses to back strategic business choices
