Lead and support SuccessFactors implementation projects across Employee Central and talent modules
Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into configuration
Configure SuccessFactors modules following SAP best practices
Support integration with SAP or third-party systems
Conduct testing, data migration, and training activities
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
