In the role of SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will be responsible for the configuration, upkeep and further development of the SuccessFactors HR platform for the duration of a maternity cover. You serve as a central point of contact linking HR stakeholders, IT and implementation partners.
Czy do nas pasujesz?
Degree in information systems, HR, business administration or comparable practical experience
Practical experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant or key user
Understanding of HR processes and how they are mapped into HRIS solutions
Experience covering testing, documentation and support for end users
Excellent communication abilities and comfort collaborating with international stakeholders
Fluent English; Polish language skills would be an advantage
Czym się zajmiesz
Set up and maintain SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Learning
Review HR business needs and convert them into system based solutions
Deliver second level support to HR users and address functional problems
Manage and execute system updates, releases and patches together with external providers
Produce documentation, training materials and user guides
Contribute to data migration and reporting work connected with the HR system
