Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel confidently, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
Communicate complex topics clearly in writing and conversation, while building effective relationships with Human Resources (HR) Business Partners and business leaders.
Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, independent judgment, and follow-through when managing changing priorities.
Coordinate new-hire, promotion, and internal-move equity awards with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and relevant People teams.
Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity analyses.
Support projects focused on process improvement, pay equity analysis, program documentation, and the development of tools and templates.
