About the role
The Senior Business Analyst for Regulatory Reporting is responsible for analyzing complex regulatory requirements and translating them into actionable business and technical specifications for reporting solutions.

Do you fit?
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or a regulatory reporting environment.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Experience with data analysis, SQL, and working with large datasets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
What you'll own
Analyze and interpret new and changing financial regulations to determine their impact on existing reporting systems and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for regulatory reporting projects.
Design and document detailed functional specifications, data mappings, and business rules for development teams.
Partner with data architects and developers to ensure the accurate implementation of reporting logic and data flows.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of regulatory reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all applicable standards.
Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
