The Head of Risk Strategy & Transformation oversees the development of risk management strategies and leads organizational transformation initiatives to enhance resilience and align with business objectives.
Do you fit?
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in risk management, strategy, or organizational transformation roles.
Proven ability to lead large-scale change projects and manage complex stakeholders.
Strong understanding of risk frameworks, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Experience in driving cultural change and promoting risk awareness across an organization.
