About the role
The Public Affairs Lead is responsible for developing and executing the company's public affairs strategy, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing the organization in policy and regulatory discussions.
Do you fit?
Proven experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
Strong understanding of the political and regulatory landscape in Poland and the European Union.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Experience in developing and executing advocacy campaigns and public affairs strategies.
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
A bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, law, communications, or a related field.
What you'll own
Develop and implement the public affairs strategy to support business objectives and enhance corporate reputation.
Monitor and analyze political, regulatory, and social trends that may impact the company's operations and industry.
Build and maintain relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other key external stakeholders.
Prepare position papers, policy briefs, and advocacy materials to support the company's positions on relevant issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, communications, and government relations, to ensure aligned messaging and advocacy efforts.
Represent the company at industry events, public consultations, and policy forums.
