An IT Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, ensuring effective use of information systems and data.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
Familiarity with project management methodologies

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Design and implement data models and reporting solutions
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
