A Buyer Business Unit is responsible for managing procurement activities for a specific business unit, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services at optimal cost and quality.
Do you fit?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management
What you'll own
Develop and execute purchasing strategies for assigned business unit
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings
Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance against KPIs
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction
