Czy do nas pasujesz?
at least 4 years of experience in analysis within IT projects
experience working with clients, particularly in understanding needs, gathering requirements and proposing solutions
experience in both business and system analysis
process modeling skills (UML, BPMN) and experience creating project documentation
experience working with development teams
knowledge of APIs, system integrations and data mapping
experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
the ability to assess the feasibility of requirements and work with the technical team to select the right solution

understanding client needs, gathering and analyzing business and system requirements, and translating them into concrete solutions
conducting client meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations
assessing the feasibility of requirements together with the technical team and looking for alternative solutions when the original assumptions cannot be implemented
preparing analyses, modeling processes, and creating and maintaining project documentation at both business and system levels
designing and documenting integration solutions, including APIs, data mappings and flows between systems
working closely with the development team during implementation and refinement of requirements
independently managing analytical topics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that address the client's business needs
using AI to support analytical work, including vibe coding and rapid prototyping for demos
