Very good knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience working with content, authoring, and AEM components.
Knowledge of content publication processes. Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM).
Knowledge of Adobe IO and API-based integrations.
Ability to diagnose technical problems and conduct troubleshooting.
Experience with rollouts, migrations, or launching internet services in multiple markets.
English language knowledge at B2 or C1 level - enabling free communication in an international environment.
Availability ASAP is preferred, a maximum one-month notice period, effective at the end of the month, is acceptable.
Experience in cooperating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Coordinating website launches in individual countries, supporting rollout planning, migrations, and activities related to preparing for service launches.
Collaborating with rollout teams and platform teams.
Supporting component configuration in Adobe Experience Manager, assisting with authoring and content management.
Supporting content publication. Solving problems at the page and component level, supporting business users and Content Authors.
Supporting Digital Asset Management (DAM) activities, diagnosing problems related to resource publication in DAM.
Analyzing and solving problems related to Adobe IO integrations.
Collaborating with implementation partners during changes and integrations.
Troubleshooting technical problems, supporting API testing. Implementing minor platform improvements, analyzing and solving problems related to AEM components.
Supporting platform users, creating and updating documentation.
