Do you fit?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on the Ukrainian market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of Ukrainian employment regulations and cultural hiring practices
Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Ability to handle multiple open positions in a dynamic environment
What you'll own
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks tailored to the Ukrainian market
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit
Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating communication between candidates and teams
Managing the recruitment pipeline from application to offer, ensuring timely progress
Ensuring recruitment practices comply with Ukrainian labor laws and regulations
