Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage budgets, risks, and competing priorities
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage

Plan project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for custom development initiatives
Coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities with technical teams
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
Provide regular status reporting to clients and internal management
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout delivery
Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to project execution
