Our current team is made up of 5 experienced consultants and developers for Webcon and Power Platform, efficiently handling a growing project pipeline. We’re seeing increasing demand for low-code solutions - that’s why we’re planning to expand the team and steadily build up our skills.

Czy do nas pasujesz?
6+ years in low-code / workflow / BPM, including 2-3 years as a team leader
Worked for a consulting or software house
Managing a team of 5-10 people
Documented work in at least one other tool (Webcon, UiPath, Power Platform) knowledge allowing to verify estimates and others' solutions
Understanding integrations at the architecture level: REST API, connectors, M365/SharePoint, ERP (SAP, Dynamics)
Experience allowing setting the boundary between low-code / high-code and the ability to justify it
Understanding design issues: environments, standards, documentation, handover for maintenance
Ability to conduct initial meetings with the business along with at least basic process mapping (BPMN)
Experience working with international clients
Polish, English at a communicative level
Process mining
Defining project scope, estimation, and defending the pricing defense of valuation, participation in RFP Language
