P2P Payments Specialist

About the role

Twój zakres obowiązków - Execute and monitor supplier payment runs - Investigate and resolve payment-related issues - Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements and issue resolution - Support process improvement, automation, and Finance projects - Participate in testing and implementation of new solutions - Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements - Prepare reports and analyze payment-related data Wymagania - You have experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and collaboration matter. You are proactive, organized, and eager to drive improvements rather than simply follow established processes.

Requirements

• You bring experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes and you like a fast paced setting where accuracy and teamwork are valued. You are self driven, well organized, and keen to push improvements forward instead of simply sticking to existing processes.

• We're looking for someone with

• Hands on experience in AP, P2P, or payment operations

• Solid grasp of payment processes from start to finish

• Background in Finance or Accounting

• ERP systems experience (SAP would be an advantage)

• Sharp eye for detail paired with analytical abilities

• A self starting attitude with a solution focused way of thinking

• English at a fluent level for day to day communication

Responsibilities

   Carry out and keep track of supplier payment runs

   Look into payment related problems and bring them to resolution

   Work together with IT teams on system upgrades and fixing issues

   Help drive process improvement, automation, and Finance initiatives

   Take part in testing rolled out and putting new solutions into production

6. 6

   Keep up with internal controls and audit standards

7. 7

   Put together reports and work through payment related data
