The IT & Data Solution Architect - Supply Planning is responsible for end-to-end architecture, governance, integration design, and continuous evolution of Supply Planning solutions.
The role ensures scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned planning capabilities across Danone Supply Planning tools and connected systems while governing data, integrations, infrastructure, and tenant strategy all in line with Product vision.
Twój zakres obowiązków
Architecture Design & Governance:
Design overall Supply Planning architecture and ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
Own E2E Supply Planning process governance.
Design and govern Supply Planning infrastructure and architecture.
Define and govern tenant strategy.
Drive continuous improvement and solution evolution.
Integration & Data Governance & Monitoring:
Define integration patterns with satellite systems and enterprise platforms.
Own outbound interface design and governance.
Govern Supply Planning data objects and data quality.
Maintain architectural integrity across tenants when multi-tenant in same technology
Design monitoring for data flows, integrations, and planning processes.
Ensure solution performance, stability, and sustainability.
Support release governance and deployment activities.
Stakeholder management and governance:
Ensure alignment between business needs and product roadmap
Participate to the governance forum
Act as main architecture contact for business and IT&Data teams.
Coordinate with technical team (GTI & D&A) teams on infrastructure and platform topics.
Provide technical guidance to development and configuration teams.
Key Deliverables:
Supply Planning architecture blueprint and roadmap
Approved solution design documents
Architecture and technical design documentation
Inbound and outbound integration standards
Data governance and monitoring framework
Tenant strategy and governance documentation
Continuous improvement backlog and release architecture governance
Wymagania
Master's degree in IT, Data, engineering or business
8+ years in solution architecture, supply chain planning, or IT enterprise delivery
Strong Supply Planning process knowledge
Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT, and drive vendors.
Experience working in complex delivery ecosystems (multiple vendors and internal teams) with a strong execution mindset
Data-driven and solution-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement, user experience, and business value delivery
Experience in integrations, APIs, and data architecture
Knowledge of o9 platform is a plus.

Tytuł magistra z zakresu IT, danych, inżynierii lub biznesu.
Ponad 8 lat doświadczenia w architekturze rozwiązań, planowaniu łańcucha dostaw lub dostarczaniu rozwiązań IT w skali przedsiębiorstwa.
Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów Supply Planning.
Solidne umiejętności zarządzania interesariuszami, z zdolnością do skutecznej współpracy z biznesem, IT oraz kierowania dostawcami.
Doświadczenie w pracy w złożonych ekosystemach dostarczania (wielu dostawców i zespoły wewnętrzne) z silnym nastawieniem na realizację.

What you'll own
Projektowanie architektury i zarządzanie nią:
Opracowanie ogólnej architektury Supply Planning oraz zapewnienie jej zgodności z architekturą korporacyjną.
Odpowiedzialność za zarządzanie procesem Supply Planning od początku do końca.
Projektowanie i nadzorowanie infrastruktury oraz architektury Supply Planning.
Określanie i nadzorowanie strategii dotyczącej tenantów.
Napędzanie ciągłego doskonalenia i rozwoju rozwiązań.
Integracja, zarządzanie danymi i monitorowanie:
Określanie wzorców integracji z systemami satelitarnymi i platformami korporacyjnymi.
Odpowiedzialność za projektowanie i nadzorowanie interfejsów wychodzących.
Nadzorowanie obiektów danych i jakości danych w obszarze Supply Planning.
Zachowanie integralności architektonicznej we wszystkich tenantach w przypadku wielu tenantów w ramach tej samej technologii.
Projektowanie monitorowania przepływów danych, integracji i procesów planistycznych.
Zapewnienie wydajności, stabilności i trwałości rozwiązania.
Wsparcie w zakresie zarządzania wydaniami i działań związanych z wdrażaniem.
Zarządzanie interesariuszami i nadzór:
Zapewnienie zgodności między potrzebami biznesowymi a mapą drogową produktu.
Uczestnictwo w forum zarządzającym.
Pełnienie roli głównego kontaktu architektonicznego dla zespołów biznesowych oraz IT&Data.
Koordynacja z zespołami technicznymi (GTI i D&A) w kwestiach infrastruktury i platform.
Zapewnianie wskazówek technicznych dla zespołów programistycznych i konfiguracyjnych.
